Vintage Croton CASD

Next up we have a real gem, the ever classic Croton Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver. Man, I love this name, it covers all the bases! Name aside, the Chronomaster is a fantastic and much sought after chrono-diver that come in a plethora of iterations. This example has a great black dial with two white subdials for a reverse panda look. The minute subdial has a cool red section for the first five minutes of elapsed time, and there is a nice white tachymetre outer ring on the dial .The hour and minute hands are large steel stick hands with large lume plots that have a perfect latte patina. The elapsed time divers bezel instert is in superb condition which is nice as these usually show more wear. The large steel case looks unpolished an is in great shape, except I do spy some wear to the lugs, but nothing atrocious. The manual wind Landeron movement looks clean and seller states the watch is currently working as it should. Great, classic chrono-diver.
